I have a data processing agreement (Vertrag zur Auftragsdatenverarbeitung) with Hetzner.
This contract ensures the personal data of the website visitors is handled according to GDPR regulations and under my instruction.

Access Details

For the purpose of legitimate interests (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f. GDPR) I collect access details in server logfiles. The following data is written to those logfiles:

• visited website, subdirectory and files
• time and date of access
• amount of send and received data
• referer from where the user accessed the website
• browser of the computer making the request
• operating system of the computer making the request
• IP address (anonymized) of the computer making the request

The server log files are saved for a maximum of 7 days and deleted afterwards. The collection happens for security reasons e.g. fraud prevention and IT security. In case certain data is needed in an investigation, that data will be excluded from deletion until the incident is resolved.

Handling of contact detail

For the purpose of legitimate interests (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f. GDPR) I will collect and process the information you provide via e-mail or phone to enable me to handle and answer your request.

The information you provide can be e.g.:

• e-mail address
• phone number
• content of your e-mail
• name
• time and date of contact

The data you provide in your request will be erased if it is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was collected and no legal retention period applies.

Your data protection rights

I would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• The right to access - You have the right to request me for copies of your personal data. I will not charge you. (Art. 15 GDPR)
• The right to rectification - You have the right to request that I correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request me to complete information you believe is incomplete. (Art. 16 GDPR)
• The right to erasure - You have the right to request that I erase your personal data, under certain conditions. (Art. 17 GDPR)

• Right to withdraw your consent at any time - You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing of your data for the future. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. (Art. 7 Abs. 3 GDPR)
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. (Art. 77 GDPR)
